What does it mean to You ?...Love that is

Love.
I don't think there's a day that goes by that I don't hear this word. What does it mean ?? I mean sure there's a ton definitions for it & I bet if you raised this topic to anyone you'd have a life long conversation about it, but what does it really mean ?! I'm an 18 year old young woman living in the 21st century with years of knowledge about Love scattered in every corner of the universe & yet I'm amazed every day at this four letter word. Don't get me wrong I've been in Love. I've felt its warmth,its tenderness,its kindness,its happiness..but I've also felt its harsh words,sadness,pain, & even the scars still remain, but is all that really apart of Love ? If it is its a joke that's gone horribly wrong!

People tend to say that age is a factor in it all. With age comes wisdom blah blah blah. Bullshit! is what I scream. For example there are couples that have been together from as soon as elementry school & against the odds they stood strong & lasted through everything. As young as I am I've been through things 1OOO x's worse than the next man. In my opinion it all comes down to how open you are to accept Love & all the things [big&small] that come along with it.

This may sound kind cheesy but every night I lay thinking, imagining a "perfect" Love. Not in the sense of a fairytale Love where things just seem to magically belong together but a Love thats Perfect for ME. I myself am not perfect. I have plenty of flaws & being that Im on the inside looking out I see more of my bad assets than my good. But where do you look when every which way you turn you end it with a "fuck you! have a nice life" ? I completely understand that I still have years ahead of me to look & possibly find [if I'm lucky] a Love that I can finally call my own & end that with an "till death do us part", but time isnt standing still & Im not getting any younger lol.

Whatever the definition may be, Love is something everyone wants a peice of. No matter how old & bitter or how young & full of themself someone is. What I do know is that you cant force Love or learn how to Love..it simply comes as naturally as breathing.

Now these are the baddest heels I've seen in a while. Simple yet any woman could make the world stop spinning with these on [haha]. I'm a big heel fanatic & a label whore which is why I picked these particular pumps as my Fashionista headliner! Created by Gucci ; my sources inform me that they're a cheaper version of the Christian Louboutin pumps, but IDGAF! your still gonna pay a hefty price for these bad boys lol. Height doesnt really bother me, I could walk to Africa in these [chill no braggin] Im just sayin ;). If you want these you may have to wait a while. Due to make its debut in September, theres already a waiting list. Get on it while you can people!

MY IDOL! Angela Simmons. Entreprenuer & Fashion Mogul. Works it in ANYTHING she has on! Vivacious personality , not to mention pretty! Head strong & doesnt go for any B.S. Shes used her resources well & made a name for her self. I've actually met her [& her sister Vanessa Simmons] one time in an ATL airport. We were headed in the same direction & were on the same plane lol. Down to earth & friendly are my words for them both. Shes an amazing young woman & a great role model. No doubt about it.
